Previously released information:
On 10 December 2016 there was a fire at Doctor Tire 444 S. Prince St. Lancaster, PA. The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshall determined that the fire had been intentionally set and was ruled an arson.
Through follow up investigation, Det. Adam Dommel identied Andy Irizarry as a suspect in the arson. Surveillance video from muiltiple sources recorded Irizarry purchase gasoline, walk toward the rear of the business and run back to a waiting vehicle after the fire had been set. There are at least (3) unidentifed co-conspirators for this arson. Det. Dommel has obtained a warrant for the Arrest of Irizarry, charging him with Arson and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Arson.
Updated Information 03 April 2017:
On Thursday 30 March 2017 Andy Irizarry was arrested at a residence in the 1000 blk. Perry St. Reading, Berks County. Irizarry was transported back to Lancaster County on the warrant for Arson. Irizarry was later arraigned by MDJ Witkonis. He was committed to LCP in lieu of $250,000 bail.
