On 9/21/18 at approximately 7:57am a resident of the borough came to the Columbia Borough Police Department with a small black and white male dog she found in the 600 Block of South Ninth Street. The dog did have a license and was returned to his owner a short time later.

Two (2) juveniles were observed damaging a wall to the rear of 229 Locust St. on 11-05-15 at approx. 6:30 PM. The juveniles were gone before our arrival. If anyone has any other information regarding this incident please contact the police department or leave a tip below.
