On 3/16/22 at approximately 6:52pm Columbia Borough Police Department Officer responded to the 500 block of Locust Street for a report of vandalism to a vehicle.  Upon arrival the Officers spoke with the victim who stated that someone had damaged his 1951 Chevy truck, which was parked to the rear of his property.  He showed the Officers the damage which included a missing gas cap, a bent driver side windshield wiper, cuts to the covering on the bench seat and foot prints on the hood of the truck.  A witness said they saw two black males inside the truck at approximately 4pm that day.  Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or to text "LANCS" to 847411.
