Snow Emergency Lifted!

The Snow Emergency was lifted on Tuesday 02-02-16. Public Works crews will still be out removing snow from the streets when time permits and at their discretion. There is a possibility of heavy rains on Wednesday 02-03-16 that could cause localized flooding. Residents that are near a storm drain may want to clean it of snow if not already done so. This may help to keep basements from flooding with the rain and snow melt.

People visiting River Park are reminded to not walk out onto the ice. River ice is not stable due to many factors and a person that falls through has little chance of survival and being rescued. With the warmer temperatures during the day it will only get more dangerous.
