On 8/19/20 at approximately 5:50pm the Columbia Borough Police received a report, from a resident of the 300 block of Union Street, that someone had scratched her 2001 Honda Oddessy van starting from the hood and down along the driver's side to the rear fender area.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting LANCS to 847411.
