The Columbia Borough Police Department will begin enforcing Ordinance No. 633, regarding the use of Alarms in Columbia Borough, on March 1, 2023.  Letters and applications will be mailed today, 2/1/23, to Alarm Users, and registration is required by 3/1/23. If you have an alarm at your residence or business and do not receive a letter, please use the attached form to register your alarm.  Payments may be mailed to or paid in person at the Borough Office located at 308 Locust Street, Columbia, PA 17512.  Questions can be emailed to armoldp@columbiapd.org.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
