Please be advised that local police departments have been receiving phone calls from their residents regarding the legitimacy of phone solicitation calls from the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), Red Rose Lodge, asking for donations.  The FOP is currently using "Civic Awareness Inc." for their annual fundraising efforts.  If people agree to donate, they will be sent a letter to their residence for them to send a check.  The letter will have the name in the upper left corner with an address of P.O. Box 302, Leola, PA.  THIS SOLICITATION IS LEGITIMATE.
