The 400 Block of Locust Street will be closed on Thursday, November 21st and Friday, November 22nd from 7:00am-5:00pm due to construction of a building in that block.

Please find an alternate route during this time period.  Signs have been placed in strategic locations to guide traffic and Flagger Force will be in the area. 

Sidewalks will provide access to local business.
