The Columbia Borough Police Department is attempting to locate Estiven Alvarez and he is currently listed as a missing person. Alvarez has not been seen or heard from for approx. 2 weeks. Alvarez is known to frequent Lancaster and York County. Reports are that he was last seen in Columbia Borough. If anyone knows where he is at, they are asked to call the Columbia Borough Police at 717-684-7735.
