On 6/28/23 Officer Frank Ember III of Columbia Borough Police Department along with Detective Frank Ember JR of Northwest Regional Police Department, gave a brief demonstration of law enforcement to the students at the UGRO Learning Center located in Elizabethtown. Officer Ember and Detective Ember are grateful for the opportunity to help grow a stronger bond between Law Enforcement and the communities we serve.
