On 2/28/22 at approximately 12:19am the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified, by a resident of the 300 block of Walnut Street, that someone had slashed two of the tires on her vehicle.  She said that earlier that night, while she was getting out of her vehicle, one female and one male approached her asking if she needed any help.  When she said that she didn't need help the female said something in Spanish, which she decided to ignore.  When she went back to her vehicle she realized that two of the tires had been slashed.  Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
