On 10/18/20 at approximately 11:20am the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the first block of North 4th Street for a report of vandalism to a vehicle.  Upon arrival the officer spoke with the caller who stated that she parked her undamaged black 2017 Honda Civic on the west side of the street near Avenue H at approximately 1:00am but when she returned to the vehicle later in the morning there was a dent above the right front headlamp and the bumper cover was damaged.  There was a chunk of concrete laying on the ground which was consistent with the damage.  Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
