On 8/28/19 at approximately 4:15pm the Columbia Borough Police Department responded to a call in the 300 block of Union Street for a report of criminal mischief.  Upon arrival the officer spoke with the caller who told him that someone had thrown a gallon can of red paint down a stairway causing the lid to come off and the paint to splatter.  Anyone with information as to this crime should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
