On 8/10/19 at approximately 3:44am the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of South Fourth Street for a report of criminal mischief.  The reporting party stated that someone threw a large piece of concrete through her living room window and broke the glass.  Anyone with information as to this crime should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735.
