ON 9/13/19 AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30PM THE SUSPECT (Kyle Beasley, DOB: 04/08/1998) IN THIS CASE TURNED HIMSELF IN TO THE COLUMBIA BOROUGH POLICE DEPARTMENT.  On 09/12/2019 at approximately 0241 hours, Columbia Borough Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a male who had taken two packs of cigarettes without paying from the Turkey Hill at 342 Chestnut Street. He was described as a white male estimated to be in his twenties with tattoos on his chest and left arm. He was wearing glasses, red shorts, white socks, and slide style sandals. He had dark short hair with facial hair. The male fled East on foot from the store.
