On 10/24/19 at approximately 12:39PM the Columbia Borough Police Department received a report from a resident that someone had gone through her 2007 red Ford Escape which was accidentally left unlocked overnight.  Items from inside the vehicle were on the hood of the car and a bag containing paperwork was found with items belonging to the victim.  Anyone with information as to this crime should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
