On 1/9/21 at approximately 4:37am the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the Turkey Hill in the 300 block of Chestnut Street for a theft that had just occurred. The caller reported that one black man and one white man, who appeared to be in their late teens, stole tobacco products, chips, and a few other small items. She reported that the two individual fled the scene by running on foot heading West.. She stated that the white male was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, and the black male was wearing a black coat with a blue mask.
