On 3/26/20 at approximately 4:30 pm a purse was reported stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the Columbia River Park, boat launch area, parking lot. During the investigation it was found that a thin, white male, approximately 6'0' tall, wearing a black and gray flannel was observed fleeing the area after taking the purse. Several of the stolen items were found in the woods just north of the parking lot by a witness that called police. The male then went to the Wells Fargo Bank on Locust St. and attempted to use the victim's bank card at approximately 4:57 pm. The attached photographs are of the suspect at the ATM.
