On 10/24/21 at approximately 5:20pm, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 400 block of Locust Street for a report of a theft.  Upon arrival the Officer spoke with the victim who stated that he received a delivery text stating that Amazon had delivered an order to his address at 4:46pm.  The text included a picture of the delivered items on the sidewalk in front of his door.  When he went to get the items at 5:00pm they were gone.  Attached is a picture of the thief carrying the package(s) at Fourth and Locust Streets.  The cost of the stolen items is approximately $213.80 which included a pair of size large cycling gloves, toilet paper, an XXL cycling jacket, size large cycling pants, Ensure drinks and a variety pack of Adkins bars.  Anyone with information regarding this theft is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department a t717-684-7735 or by texting LANCS to 847411.
