On 8/23/20 at approximately 6:41am the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified by a resident of the 100 block of North 8th Street that her flag had been stolen from her front porch.  She stated that she last saw the flag on the porch around 9:45pm on 8/22/20 and that it was missing when she went onto the porch again on 8/23/20 at 6:30am.  The caller said the approximate value of the flag is $40.00.  Anyone with information as to this theft should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
