On 9/30/22 at approximately 9:45am a resident of the first block of North Ninth Street, Columbia, PA notified the Columbia Borough Police Department that a bicycle (Upland) had been stolen from an enclosed area on her back porch on September 28, 2022.  Anyone with information regarding the location of the bike and/or the thief is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
