On 11/3/21 at approximately 4:48pm a the Columbia Borough Police Department was notified that at around 4:30pm a bicycle had been stolen from the first block of North 3rd Street.  The bicycle was described as black and green in color 10 speed Mongoose Mountain Bike valued at approximately $175-$200.  Anyone with information regarding the theft of this bicycle is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
