On 9/23/21 at approximately 12:26pm the Columbia Borough Police Department received a report that a stainless steal propeller had been stolen off a boat in the 300 block of North 2nd Street.  The caller reported that approximately two days ago the propeller was vandalized (a word was etched into the propeller) and now the propeller is missing.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting LANCS to 847411.
