On 10/17/19 at approximately 6:30pm a resident of the 100 block of North Fifth Street notified the Columbia Borough Police Department that a package had been delivered to her porch but was missing when she arrived home.  The package contained a DVD, titled "Three from Hell" which is valued at $17.96.. .  Anyone with information regarding this crime should contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or text LANCS to 847411.
