On 3/24/23 at approximately 4:17pm the Columbia Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of Bridge Street for a report of a theft from a vehicle.  Upon arrival the officer spoke with the victims who stated they had left their locked, silver in color 2013 Toyota Tacoma in a parking lot for less than a half hour while they shopped.  When they returned to the vehicle the front passenger window had been shattered and a black purse containing multiple wallets, AAA cards, a Truist Bank debit card, a Lowes credit Card, a Home Depot credit card, a driver's license, $12.00 in cash, house keys, vehicle keys, and a work ID.  Anyone with information regarding this theft is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting "LANCS" to 847411.
