On 8/3/21, while in the 800 block of Lancaster avenue, a resident was approached by two men in a small gray hatchback type vehicle possibly with a PA tag.  The driver was a male, with a scar from the top of his head to his cheek, who told the resident that he needed money for gas and that he was from Texas.  The resident believes the two men tried to grab him two separate times.  He also stated that there was a female in the back seat who was either wearing a head covering or a blanket over her head.  Anyone who has had a similar experience, or who may know something about the vehicle or men inside, is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or by texting LANCS to 847411.
