On 02-23-23 at approx. 9:45PM an unknown light colored vehicle struck a parked car in the area of 4th St. and Perry St. The vehicle drove through the parking lot of Joe's Steak Shop then made a right on 4th St. and went south towards Manor St. If anyone has seen the striking vehicle they are asked to call the police department at 717-684-7735 or submit a tip below.
