On 2/23/20 at approximately 9:51am a resident of the 800 block of Locust Street brought a bicycle, which was leaning against the front of his house for two days, to the Police Department.  He did not know who the bicycle belonged to.  The bike is silver in color.  If you, or someone you know, is missing a silver bicycle please stop by the Columbia Borough Police Department, located at 308 Locust Street, to claim the bike.
