On 8/29/19 at approximately 7:00am a citizen came to the Police Station with a cell phone he found laying on a picnic table at River Park which is located at 41 Walnut Street, Columbia, PA.  The phone screen was locked and in a foreign language.  Anyone with information as to the owner of the phone should have them contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 or at 308 Locust Street.
