On 02-15-21 at approx. 4:24AM the Columbia Borough Police were called to Rt. 441 and Rotary Ave. for a vehicle accident. It was determined that a single vehicle that was being operated by Jason Brock (37) of Columbia had struck a concrete bridge abutment and caught fire. A passerby had pulled Brock from the vehicle prior to police arrival. Brock was pronounced deceased at the scene.
