UPDATE:  The male who attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at Andy's Market has been identified as Michael Anthony Russell, Jr., age 23, of Lancaster, PA.  An officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed forgery charges against Russell.  Russell is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
