The Columbia Borough Police are investigating an arson to a vehicle which occurred in the first block of N Fourth Street at 1:00 am on Monday, May 18, 2020 hours.  The subject in the video enters and leaves to the north and appears to have started a fire underneath of a gray Mazda sedan parked mid block facing south on the street.  The Columbia Borough Fire Department responded and extinguished the vehicle.  The vehicle sustained severe damage.  The actor is wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and possibly a light colored face mask.  No one was inside the vehicle and none of the area residences had to be evacuated.  Surveillance was obtained from a local business.  Anyone with information can call the Columbia Borough Police at (717)684-7735 or text tips LANCS to 847411.
