Arndt, Donna - Public Drunkenness

On 3/14/23 at approximately 3:26pm Donna Arndt, age 54, of Elizabethtown, PA did commit the act of Public Drunkenness while in the area of North 3rd Street and Cedar Street, Columbia, PA.  Based on the incident, an Officer with the Columbia Borough Police Department filed charges.  Arndt is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
