On 2/20/2020, Police responded to the area of Railroad Avenue and Elizabeth Street for a tractor trailer stuck on the turn.  On arrival, Mr. Trevonte Neville was in the driver seat of the tractor trailer.  During the investigation, Officer's came to suspect that Mr. Neville was driving under the influence, and found drugs and drug paraphernalia throughout the vehicle.  Mr. Neville was charged with DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and summary traffic violations.  Mr. Neville is known to frequent the Louisiana area.
