Theft / Attempted Theft from Vehicles



The Christiana Borough Police Department is investigating multiple reports of items being stolen from vehicles in the areas of Elizabeth Street, Broad Street and West Slokom Avenue in Christiana Borough. The department has received private surveillance video from residences that show three individuals walking and pulling on door handles of vehicles on Elizabeth Street and West Slokom Avenue. The individuals are seen on the videos between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on the date of March 1, 2021.

The department is asking all borough residents with a camera system at their residence(i.e. Ring or Nest), to review their video from the late evening of February 28, 2021 and the early morning of March 1, 2021 to see if the three individuals are observed. (Residents may register their cameras with the department by clicking here, it is voluntary)
