On September 10, 2020 at 14:30 hours, Christiana Borough Police observed a vehicle in the area of Ridge Avenue and High Street in Atglen borough with an equipment violation.

A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.

The operator of the vehicle, gave police a fake name. After asking for his real name several times, the operator was identified as Michael WILLIAMS. WILLIAMS was then found to have a suspended license and multiple arrest warrants.

WILLIAMS was placed under arrest. When searching WILLIAMS person, police found controlled substances in his pockets.

WILLIAMS was charged with the listed offenses and transported to Chester County Prison.
