On October 23, 2022 at 2:05 PM, Christiana Borough Police Department was dispatched out for harassment by communications.  The Christiana Borough Police Department arrived on location and spoke with the victim, and conducted an investigation.  At the conclusion of the investigation, Mr. John Howard was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Harassment by Communications.
