On 11/27/2019 at 21:04 hours, Christiana Borough Police observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations while traveling in Atglen Borough.

When police made a traffic stop on the vehicle, the operator identified as, Theresa CARDENAS, tried to flee into her home. CARDENAS was instructed to return to her vehicle.

Police made contact with CARDENAS when she reentered her vehicle. During police interaction, CARDENAS showed multiple signs of intoxication.

Police administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to CARDENAS to which she failed. CARDENAS also failed to blow into a PBT (Preliminary Breath Test) after several attempts.

CARDENAS was placed under arrest for the listed charges.
