**AVOID THE AREA OF N THIRD STREET AND LINDEN STREET**

Police are on the scene with a very deep sinkhole forming on the southeast corner of N Third Street and Linden Street in Columbia Borough. Please avoid the area and intersection. Police are redirecting traffic to Second Street of Fourth Street.

Temporary repairs have been completed on this traffic light. This intersection is now open for traffic. Look for information in the future as to when this intersection will be closed for the final repair.

Please avoid traveling on West Fourth Street to South Church Street as the traffic signal cables are hanging down into the intersection. This intersection will likely be blocked off for most of today. Updates to follow.

Shortly after 1300 hrs. Thursday 12/13/18 Lancaster City Police responded to 2 businesses in our jurisdiction that reported receiving bomb threats via email.
