On 12/26/19 PINO-RODRIGUEZ was found lying face down in the grass at the intersection of Wood Corner Road and W. Main Street in Clay Township. During the investigation he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. While being arrested he resisted but was taken into custody.
