At 9:57 pm, Tuesday, 9/22/15, ELTPD found Valjdet AVDULAHAJ, age 29, of Lancaster, staggering along the center of the roadway carrying an open can of beer. AVDULAHAJ was determined to be highly under the influence of alcohol and was cited for Public Drunkenness.
On 9/17/15, an employee of Burlington Coat Factory reported that two tires were slashed on their vehicle during dayshift hours. The tires were new and had been punctured through the sidewall with a sharp object. Damage reported at $480.00.
On 9/18/15, ELTPD responded to reports of multiple unlocked vehicles being entered and rummaged through at residences in the 1700 blk of Old Philadelphia Pike. The vehicles were entered sometime overnight Thursday 9/17 to Friday 9/18. No property has been determined missing at this time.
