A very nice older dog was found on North Decatur Street in Strasburg today. The dog is being housed by our department until Thursday 12/17/2015. On Thursday the dog will be transported to the Lancaster SPCA. Please contact the Strasburg Police at 1-800-957-2677 if you know who the owner is.

On 12/12/15, a burglary and theft at Smoketown Motor Lodge was reported to ELTPD. Entry into the motel office occurred sometime overnight Thursday 12/10 to Friday 12/11. An undetermined amount of cash was stolen from the office. Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD at 9717) 291-4676.
