The LBPD has filed non-traffic citations against Grace E. FRITZ, 19, Lititz; and Mercedes E. PARR, 19, Lititz, each for Disorderly Conduct. The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:37 AM in the 100 Block of North Liberty Street. FRITZ and PARR are presumed innocent.
