The East Earl Township Police Department arrested Ilene D. Kochel of New Holland for summary retail theft. On June 6, 2017, Kochel entered a business in the 1300 block of Main Street and stole $74.90 in merchandise. Kochel was issued a citation for summary retail theft. Kochel is presumed innocent.
