The East Earl Township Police Department holds an active arrest warrant for Troy L. Hinson of King of Prussia for Bad Checks.  It is alleged that on November 8, 2024, issued a check for a purchase of $1175.75 in merchandise from a business in the township.  It is further alleged that Hinson issued a "stop payment" order on that check after he had taken possession of the merchandise.
